Shipping

We use Australia Post for domestic shipping within Australia.

We charge a flat rate of $8 per item and if your order is over $90 shipping is free.

We offer free local delivery within a radius of 3km.

Orders are packed and shipped daily, Monday through to Friday (except weekends and public holidays).

Please allow for delays over public holidays, extreme weather conditions and property access for delivery.

For shipment updates please use the tracking number provided in your shipped confirmation email or contact your local postal service with your tracking number.

By accepting our terms and conditions upon placing your order you agree that Bobbie's BowWow is not responsible for any delay in delivery. Please allow an additional 1 to 3 business days for delivery of any orders to Western Australia or outside of a metropolitan area.

Orders cannot be cancelled and or refunded due to delay or loss once in the hands of a shipping party. Once a parcel has been deemed delivered by a third party shipment company Bobbie's BowWow can take no responsibility for missing, stolen or undelivered goods.

All shipping addresses are to be written in English without accents marks on letters. If the incorrect address is provided and your order has been shipped, customers will incur a reshipping fee. We are unable to make changes or cancel orders, once shipped or lodged with Australia Post. If a refund is requested, items will be refunded minus shipping costs.

Due to Covid 19 there are some shipping delays with both domestic and international shipping. Bobbie's BowWow is not responsible for any delays and goods or shipping costs will not be refunded for delays or hold ups with shipping.

We cannot take responsibility for parcels proven to be delivered but not received, or parcels stolen from letterboxes.

I got the purple hemp collars for my American Staffy and the small one for my daschund. I love them so so much!

this is amazing

Miley and Buddy love this stuff, which makes it easier to give to them. It has helped with both their coats and has helped buddy with his sore joints he doesnt seem to be as slow in the morning now.

Love this collar

Miley has had this collar for quite a while now and she loves it. I have found with other collars she tends to get a rash from it and gets itchy however this collar has not done this. The only thing I have found is that the colour has drained and it is a lot lighter than what it was when we first purchased it.

Coconut hemp Chicken Dog Treats

What have you done! My dogs love the chicken treats. I go to give them something else and they look at me, turn there heads as if to say wtf! I pull out BBW chicken treat and they lose it! They love it and feel better giving them a treat that is healthy and and natural. Turkey is next to try x
